- The information provided in this application and attachments is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
- We commit to completing performance testing both during and post-construction to verify the building meets the Green Communities energy performance requirements appropriate for the building type, and we will provide the results of this testing to Enterprise staff.
- We will participate in the Green Communities on-site verification during and post-construction, if selected as part of the program's random sampling approach.
- We acknowledge that Green Communities certification will not be awarded if if our project is deemed unable to meet the Green Communities Criteria at any phase in construction.
