- "Supportive Housing" means permanent housing with more than $3,000 per unit a year in services for people with special needs.
- "Low-income units" means units reserved for owner occupants with incomes at or below 80% of area median income and for renters wth incomes at or below 60% of area median income.
- If units are being rehabbed, rehab cost must exceed $3,000 per unit for units to be counted.

- Exhibit A: Knowledge of Green Communities Criteria: If the designated facilitator is NOT on the Enterprise pre-qualified list, please attach facilitator’s resume or a written summary demonstrating facilitation experience and green building knowledge, along with the fully completed Exhibit A.
- Context Map which highlights exact distances that the project is located within a ¼ mile of at least two, or ½ mile of at least four, of the following facilities: Adequate public transportation, supermarket, public school, library, licensed child care center, usable park space, post office, convenience store, laundry/dry cleaner, pharmacy, place of worship, community or civic center that is accessible to residents.
