1) What personally identifiable information does the Company collect from you?

The Company collects information from our users at several different points on the Site.

Some of the personal information you provide to the Company may be accessed by other users of the Starta Enterprise via the Starta Contact function. However, your personal information will only be made accessible to other industry participants through this function if you allow on the registration page.

The Starta Bid function, which allows users to purchase and sell services among each other, necessarily requires that your personal information be transmitted to other users of the Site. However, your personal information will only be made accessible to others through this function if you opt-in to the use of the Starta Bid by voluntarily accessing the Starta Bid function and taking advantage of the services the Company provides through the Start Bid function.

The Site's Starta Binder function, which allows users to submit and retrieve required documents for particular developments, requires that your personal information be transmitted to other users of the Site. However, your personal information will only be made accessible to others through this function if you opt-in to the use of the Starta Binder by voluntarily accessing the Starta Binder function and taking advantage of the services the Company provides through the Starta Binder function.

5) Who is collecting information?
